Environment
The project is being advanced with low-impact, man-portable drilling and strong environmental practices. Future development envisions a small-footprint, high-grade underground mine with underground waste storage and dry-stack tailings — supported by a five-year extension of the NOM-120 environmental permit through July 2030.
Social
The project is supported by local communities seeking education and employment opportunities. Mithril employs approximately 40 local residents, supports up to three community schools, and is helping develop infrastructure that can provide long-term regional benefits. The district has no ejidos, simplifying land access and tenure.
Governance
The Company is fully compliant with federal regulations and continues to successfully receive VAT refunds. Its experienced board and management team have a proven track record of operating in remote regions and have established strong relationships with local communities and their mining concession partner.
